My approach is pluralistic, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies depending on what’s best for you — whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or simply need a space to talk things through.

Here’s a little about the modalities I use in our sessions:

Person-Centred Therapy (PCT)

At the heart of every session is a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel seen and heard. Person-centred therapy is built on empathy, respect, and authenticity — allowing you to explore what’s important to you at your own pace. This forms the foundation of all my work.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, practical approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours interact. If you're struggling with anxiety, negative self-talk, or unhelpful habits, CBT can help you learn new ways of thinking and coping.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT helps you become more present, more flexible, and more values-driven. Rather than trying to "get rid" of uncomfortable feelings, ACT supports you in making space for them — and taking meaningful action in your life anyway.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

This forward-looking therapy focuses on what’s working, rather than what’s wrong. Together, we identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and find simple, effective steps to get there — often faster than you think.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy helps you explore and reshape the stories you tell about yourself. We externalise the problem (“the anxiety” rather than “I am anxious”) and work together to uncover stories of strength, survival, and possibility.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Incorporating grounding, breathwork, and present-moment awareness, mindfulness practices help regulate your nervous system and foster emotional balance. These tools are particularly useful in managing stress, anxiety, and trauma.

A Holistic Lens

My background in both physical and mental health means I view wellness through a wide lens. For some clients, this may include exploring how lifestyle, body awareness, and movement impact emotional wellbeing — though always on your terms.

Sessions are currently held online via secure video, making them accessible, private, and flexible for your schedule.

You don’t need a referral — just reach out when you’re ready.

$99 NZD / Session

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long
  • Sessions are Virtual or (via Phone if preferred)
  • $99NZD is a discounted "pay now" option. If you'd prefer to pay later via invoice or bank transfer, select that option upon booking ($120NZD)
  • No GST (I take care of that)

    I am available to partner with a variety of businesses for mental health and wellness events. I have done wellness clinics as a personal trainer for businesses and organizations and can do clinics or presentations.

  • Youth and Couples Counselling
